Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a leading Elder law firm in Denver is seeking an Associate Attorney to support their busy estate planning practice. The firm, a small boutique with a long-standing presence in Denver, seeks a self-motivated and organized individual who enjoys client interaction and is committed to providing excellent service. The role requires a minimum experience in transactional law and ideally estate planning.

Responsibilities include:

Handle estate administration and probate matters.

Manage guardianship and conservatorship cases.

Represent clients in contested matters requiring courtroom appearances.

Travel to satellite offices to meet clients as needed.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney who would like to find a long-term career in estate planning and probate law. Good technical and communication skills are required to be successful in this position. Licensed attorneys need only apply to this position. The firm offers a great salary and a benefits package. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of one year of experience in transactional law, with a focus on estate planning.

• Proficiency in drafting legal motions, briefs, and conducting discovery.

• Strong knowledge of estate law, including probate, trusts, and estate administration.

• Familiarity with fiduciary tax and estate tax return preparation.

• Civil litigation experience, including courtroom representation.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

• Ability to travel locally to meet clients as required.
