Description
Robert Half is working with a client to fill a crucial Executive Assistant position to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. From managing executive calendars to coordinating workflow automation initiatives, Executive Assistants in today's workplace need to seamlessly handle traditional administrative tasks alongside technology-focused responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Coordinate detailed travel plans, itineraries, and expense reports for executives.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
+ Support workflow automation efforts and contribute to cross-functional process improvements across teams.
+ Manage internal communications, prioritizing inquiries and escalating urgent matters to the executive team.
+ Plan and execute events or meetings, including logistics, agendas, and material preparation.
+ Support the adoption of digital tools for enhanced efficiency and track progress on various executive initiatives.
+ Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
+ 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant administrative support role.
+ Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic executive needs.
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
+ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and digital tools is a plus.
+ Experience supporting cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred.
