    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families align their financial lives with their values and goals.

     

    As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and supporting the execution of investment and wealth strategies. You’ll work closely with a team of advisors and specialists to ensure a high-quality, personalized client experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and coordinate with team members to ensure timely and thorough responses.

    + Analyze client portfolios and develop strategic recommendations across investments, tax, estate, and risk planning.

    + Prepare and present client meeting materials, including cash flow analysis, asset allocation strategies, and long-term planning models.

    + Execute and oversee portfolio trades, rebalances, and other investment-related actions.

    + Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated planning solutions.

    + Lead client meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time.

    + Mentor and support team members in developing planning strategies and service delivery.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and planning documentation.

    + Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and projects that enhance client service and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 4+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.

    + Undergraduate degree required.

    + CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation required.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
