Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and project management who thrives in dynamic environments. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision and timeliness.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.

• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial data.

• Oversee month-end close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Analyze job costs and provide detailed reports to project stakeholders.

• Utilize accounting software such as Deltek and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient financial tracking.

• Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets and forecast expenses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial activities. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong skills in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

• Experience with journal entries and month-end close procedures.

• Familiarity with job cost analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Deltek and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
