    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. This role requires expertise in accounting processes, including managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and utilizing QuickBooks to ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity. The chosen candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, monitoring discrepancies, and resolving issues swiftly with vendors or clients. Additionally, the role involves supporting budgeting, payroll, and compliance tasks, as well as maintaining organized documentation for audits and reviews. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential traits for success in this position

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting practices.

    • Experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage financial discrepancies and generate data-driven insights efficiently.
