    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Bilingual (English & Spanish) Receptionist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position where you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate in both English and Spanish, written and verbal

    • Operate and manage a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls efficiently.

    • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.

    • Perform general receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and providing information.

    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

    • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish

    • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to operate and manage a multi-line phone system.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with guests and callers.

    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
