Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Auburn, Washington. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone passionate about managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. The role requires expertise in handling full-cycle payroll for large organizations and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to local and federal regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records and execute related tasks efficiently.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries with attention to detail.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.

• Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure adherence.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll operations.

• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed. Requirements • Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing.
