Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our client's team on a interim contract basis in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role requires expertise in managing payroll processes for a large workforce across multiple states. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Handle multi-state payroll operations, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees.

• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing excellent service to employees.

• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll procedures.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Conduct audits of payroll data to identify and correct errors.

• Support year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting and reconciliation.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.

• Expertise in handling payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees.

• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and requirements.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex payroll operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address payroll issues effectively.

• Familiarity with payroll compliance laws, including tax and reporting requirements.

• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and finance teams.
