    We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Office Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Contract position within the education sector, offering an excellent opportunity to support daily operations while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.

    • Create and organize materials needed for classroom activities and school events.

    • Provide hospitality support to staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

    • Maintain the office's cleanliness and organization by sweeping, dusting, watering plants, and tidying counters.

    • Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

    • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.

    • Collaborate with the Office Manager, Program Administrator, and Head of School to complete assigned projects and tasks.

    • Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support administrative functions.

     

    Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

     

    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

    • Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.

    • Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
