Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Entry Level Procurement Agent** to join our **Vertical lift Contracting** team in **Ridley Park, Pennsylvania** **.**

Position Responsibilities:

+ Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

+ Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

+ Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ Experience working both independently and in team environments

+ More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

+ Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

+ Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $55,250 - $68,250
