Position Summary

Supervises and provides leadership to the international department in daily operations.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Supports cross-functional teams on pricing, routing, and customer account setup.

+ Assists with quotes and executing shipments.

+ Remains in compliance with local, domestic, and international laws and regulations.

+ Maintains existing accounts and enhances the international department.

+ Oversees daily international business operations.

+ Monitors and controls budgets and resources allocated to international projects.

+ Coordinates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and operations.

+ Facilitates cross-cultural training and development initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

+ 5+ years of international business experience.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office international laws and regulations.

+ Experience in negotiating and quoting.
