    Description Are you an organized, detail-oriented detail oriented with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We are looking for an Order Management Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivery for major retail accounts. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional communication skills are key to success. Customer Order Processing & Support: Process domestic and international customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Enter and manage incoming orders from key retailers such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, CVS, and others under supervision. Assist with order verification processes including pricing validation, item quantities, item codes, and shipping details. Monitor basic order status and escalate delays or discrepancies to senior team members. Support customer delivery requirements and contribute to OTIF (On Time In Full) performance goals. Assist with monthly reporting and data collection as requested. Handle routine customer-specific requirements including unit vs. case ordering and basic SKU variations. Provide courteous customer service for routine inquiries from retail accounts. Communicate standard order status updates to customers as directed. Escalate complex order discrepancies and issues to senior staff for resolution. Assist with managing customer expectations regarding standard delivery timelines. Data Management & Order Tracking: Maintain accurate order data entry and file management. Support order tracking and status reporting. Assist with basic inventory coordination during routine operations. Help maintain order documentation and records.

     

    Administrative Support: Assist with general team administrative tasks and filing. Support team meetings and training activities. Help maintain team resources and documentation. Provide backup coverage for team members as needed. Required Qualifications: Order Processing: 1-3 years’ experience in order management, customer service, data entry, or related administrative role. Customer Service: Basic customer service experience with detail oriented communication skills. Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple routine tasks simultaneously with good organizational skills. Learning Orientation: Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills with experience in business software applications. Excel Skills: Intermediate Excel skills including basic formulas, sorting, and filtering. Data Entry: High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail. Communication: detail oriented written and verbal communication skills. Order Management: Basic understanding of order processing workflows. Requirements • At least 1-3 years of experience in order management or purchasing functions.

     

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Proficiency in managing data and inventory-related tasks.

    • Excellent communication skills, particularly in virtual team environments.

    • Familiarity with purchasing activities, including purchase orders and merchant services.

    • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes, with Oracle experience being a plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Comfortable working in a consistent-paced environment with deadlines.
