    Position Overview: JV Boys Soccer Coach (2025 Season)

    Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic JV Boys Soccer Coach to lead our program during the 2025 season. This seasonal, part-time role is ideal for an experienced coach or soccer professional who values leadership, teamwork, and character development in student-athletes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Plan, organize, and lead soccer practices

    + Develop and implement training routines and conditioning programs

    + Manage inventory of uniforms and equipment

    + Uphold and model school values, policies, and behavioral expectations

    + Maintain clear communication with student-athletes, families, and athletics staff

    Requirements:

    + Availability for weekday and weekend practices and games

    + Completion of NFHS Concussion Certification (within first year)

    + CPR and First Aid Certification (within first year)

    + Commitment to supporting Mystic Valley’s mission and educational philosophy

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in competitive soccer (high school or collegiate level)

    + Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level or beyond

     

    This position is an annual appointment and will be reviewed at the conclusion of each season.
