    Essential Job Duties:

    UNC Chapel Hill is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Computer Technician to support faculty, staff, and students with hardware and software troubleshooting, system setup, and general IT support.

    Other Work/Responsibilities:

    Other duties as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    Responsibilities include maintaining computer labs, installing and updating software, and assisting with network connectivity issues.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Windows and macOS systems

    + Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills
