We are looking for a driven and curious Document Control Professional in Wilson, NC to support our Program Management Team.

     

    As a key member of our Document Control and Turnover program support team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.

    • At least 2 years of Document Control experience

    • Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Prolog Manager, AutoDesk Cloud (ACC), Engineering in the Digital Age (EIDA) or similar EDMS systems.

    • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues

    Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

    • Experience with Adobe Acrobat (writer), Excel, BlueBeam, Visio, and other MS Office applications

    • Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) experience is preferred

    • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
