    As an Analytics & Digital Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making by designing scalable dashboards, writing precise tagging specifications, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure robust tracking of key metrics and a seamless digital customer experience. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for translating data into meaningful stories that drive business impact.

     

    You will own the end-to-end tagging specification process, from requirement gathering to implementation validation, and support reporting needs through intuitive visualizations. Success in this role hinges on your ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, ensuring that analytics solutions are both effective and aligned with strategic goals.

    Required Qualifications

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including implementation, configuration, and reporting.

    + 1+ years of experience working with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe WebSDK, Ensighten), including writing and validating tagging specifications.

    + 1+ years of experience implementing and managing mobile/web event tracking solutions, with a strong understanding of data layer design and custom event tracking.

    + Proven ability to conduct highly quantitative analysis to uncover insights and optimize digital experiences, including funnel analysis, user behavior segmentation, and conversion optimization.

    + Strong understanding of website architecture and digital data flows, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and product teams.

    + Experience building scalable dashboards and visualizations using tools like Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with digital experience analytics platforms such as Quantum Metric or similar tools for journey analysis and user behavior insights.

    + Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing structured data from various sources.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

    + Familiarity with UTM parameter tracking and campaign performance analysis.

    + Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

    + Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Business is a plus.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $66,330.00 - $159,120.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
