Job Overview:

The Infusion RN provides direct care to clients in their homes. This position is full-time 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associates Degree in Nursing, required

+ Minimum two years' related experience required

Preferred:

+ Previous home infusion experience is desired.

+ PICC Certification and Chemotherapy certification preferred.

+ CRNI certification is preferred.

+ ONS certification is preferred.

Certifications and Licenses Required:

+ Current licensure by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as a Registered Professional Nurse.

+ Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association is required.

+ Completion of an IV certification course is required.

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Full-time, Day

Essential Functions:

+ Participates in program development, quality assurance and the delivery of care

+ Remains familiar with all pumps, access devices, drugs and central lines

+ Develops and maintains relationships with referral services and client base

+ Determines appropriateness of patients for home therapy

+ Performs patient care when needed and on-call
