    BMW of San Diego is seeking an experienced Service & Parts Director to lead our high-volume, fast-paced, luxury dealership service department.

     

    The Service & Parts Director is responsible for running an efficient and profitable service department. This manager will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and communicative personality with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the service and parts teams. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Service Manager in a large retail dealership. BMW or luxury experience preferred, but not required.

     

    Pay for this position is salary plus commissions. The expected pay is $195,000 to $220,000/year.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 5 or more years of Automotive Retail Management experience

    + Ability to conceptualize quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

    + Proven coaching, training, and motivational skills

    + High level of commitment to leadership, coaching, and managing effective teams

    + Proven track record of effectively managing a large team

    + Detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule

    + Excellent verbal and written communication

    + Valid driver's license and good driving record
