    Responsibilities for a Broker Support Specialist include but are not limited to:** ** 

    + Provide operational and customer-facing support to Medicare Advantage broker agencies and sales agents.

    + Assist with onboarding, agent certification approvals, enrollment application issues, and commission inquiries.

    + Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email; comfortable making outbound calls.

    + Maintain organized records and perform audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    + Support the Broker Support Manager with special projects and assist with local broker events as needed.

    Candidates for Broker Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:** ** 

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, telemarketing, or data entry preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up

    + Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus but not required

    + Business casual attire required

    + Local travel (within 25 miles) may be needed for occasional broker events

    + **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Weekly paycheck

    **Pay Details:** $20.07 to $22.74 per hour
