    Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician I include but are not limited to:

    • Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and control systems

    • Installing, maintaining, and testing HVAC, motors, and pumps

    • Performing Lockout/Tagout procedures and reading schematics

    • Completing maintenance records and performing routine safety checks

    Candidates for Maintenance Technician I must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or HVAC maintenance

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills

    • Ability to climb ladders up to 35 ft and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance

    • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments

    • **Pay:** $25/hour

    • **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
