Job Title: Design Execution Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Travel Required

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Design Execution Manager** to lead a team of engineers responsible for the execution of complex manufacturing engineering projects. This pivotal role oversees the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and design to successful production launch—ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As the primary onsite leader during project installations and startups, the ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, and the confidence to make independent decisions that shape the future of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end manufacturing engineering projects, including warehouse design, processing equipment implementation, and assembly site startup.

+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.

+ Monitor project execution to identify and resolve roadblocks, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are met.

+ Drive adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions under tight deadlines.

+ Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform process improvements.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).

+ 6+ years of progressive experience in large-scale warehouse or distribution center design and optimization.

+ Proven track record managing full-cycle warehouse design and engineering projects.

+ Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma).

+ Expertise in lean manufacturing, throughput optimization, and reliability of processing equipment.

+ Strong understanding of safety regulations and production environment best practices.

+ Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

**Pay Details:** $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
