• Field Mechanic

    Position Overview:

    Looking for a highly skilled **Field Mechanic** with strong experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair. This position supports field operations by performing on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of heavy construction equipment. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair

    + Valid driver’s license required

    + Welding and fabrication experience

    + Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems

    + Class B CDL required for field travel and equipment transportation

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems

    + Capable of managing and mentoring a small team of mechanics when needed

    + Hands-on experience operating and servicing various types of heavy construction equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, etc.)

    + Crane maintenance experience (a plus)

    + Small engine knowledge (a plus)

    + PA State Inspection License (preferred)

    + Class A CDL (preferred)

    + NCCCO crane license and/or NJ/PA crane licenses (preferred)
