    CNC VTL Machinist – 1st Shift | $52,000–$66,560/year | Full Benefits

    **Location:** Leading Aerospace Manufacturer | **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    Our client, a top-tier aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a skilled CNC VTL Machinist to join their 1st shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Set up, edit, and operate CNC Devlin Milling Machines with minimal supervision

    + Perform complex setups and run both established and new production jobs

    + Read and interpret blueprints and operation sheets

    + Verify part dimensions using micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, and verniers

    + Collaborate with engineering on material conditions, tooling, and process improvements

    + Detect and report faulty operations or materials to supervisors

    What You’ll Bring:

    + 3–5 years of machining experience in an aerospace environment

    + Experience as an FAA Repairman or A&P Mechanic highly desirable

    + Proficiency with Fanuc controls and willingness to cross-train

    + Strong math skills and knowledge of GD&T

    + Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC)

    + Willingness to learn basic CNC programming

    + High school diploma or equivalent required
