Shift Hours: 07:00 AM – 07:00PM Days or the nights for 07:00PM - 07:00 AM

Shift Days: E/O Monday - Thursday and E/O Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

MUST have over one year experience working under LVN License

Maxim Healthcare is looking to hire Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work with an adult patient in Visalia.

Responsibilities:

Medication Administration, ADL's, transferring and repositioning and assisting in DME supplies.

Will also need to assist certain duties in the home.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Patient has cats in the home.
