    The Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing the contract lifecycle of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement process, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, while driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to support business partners, enhance stakeholder relationships, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid role, and you will need to come into the office occasionally. This role can be based in New Jersey or Michigan.

    What you will do:

    + Execute all HCP engagement processes, including needs assessments, contract due diligence, service management, reconciliation, and amendments to ensure timely and compliant processes.

    + Partner with the business, compliance, and legal teams to facilitate seamless interaction, ensuring alignment with annual needs assessment.

    + Lead the planning and execution of Thought Leader meetings, partnering with stakeholders on key strategic decisions around HCP engagement.

    + Collaborate with finance to manage annual budget allocations, track spend, and provide ongoing financial support throughout the year.

    + Understand HCP engagement guidelines and systems, providing guidance, training, and issue resolution for stakeholders.

    + Support Consultant Activity Planning Systems (CAPS) to ensure effective and compliant consultant activity management.

    + Analyze engagement data to identify trends, inform business decisions, and generate insights for leadership, legal, and compliance teams.

    + Ensure accurate documentation and detailed reporting for legal and compliance reviews through litigation and audits.

    + Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiencies, and develop best practices to support a centralized Consultant Management Team.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, delivering first-class customer support and fostering a culture of collaboration and responsiveness.

    + Support the onboarding and development of team members by sharing expertise, providing training on systems and processes, and fostering a continuous learning environment.

    + Provide support and guidance on interdivisional requests, ensuring compliant engagement practices globally across Stryker divisions.

    + Support multiple ad-hoc requests, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach to business needs.

    Required

    + Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of education.

    + 2+ years of work experience.

    Preferred

    + 1+ year of experience with HCP engagement policies and compliance requirements within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.

    + experience with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics

    + 1+ year of experience using project management skills, including the ability to support multiple priorities and deadlines.

    + 1+ year of experience in contract and engagement management tools, such as SAP or equivalent platforms.

    + Public Speaking experience in cross-functional stakeholder meetings.

    + Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

     

    $60,100-$121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits.  Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
