    **Stryker** is hiring a **Manufacturing Production Lead II (MPL II)** to perform various manufacturing duties as required to ensure the team meet all goals and objectives as it relates to the business unit. The MPL II will oversee a team of frontline employees who are responsible for processes to build multiple product lines.

    **Workplace Schedule:** Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm with the ability to meet overtime requirements as needed and determined by the business Monday through

    What you will do:

    + Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement through Daily Management practices and Leader Standard Work (LSW), including Quality and 6S audits.

    + Coordinate daily production resources and schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure hourly attainment targets are met.

    + Supervise and support a team of up to 14 employees, including performance management, shift handoffs, and communication with leadership.

    + Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability by providing regular, objective feedback and promoting team engagement.

    + Facilitate self-directed work teams, deliver training, and ensure team members are properly certified in all aspects of their roles.

    + Support onboarding and training of new hires and temporary employees and assist in the interview process as needed.

    + Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding process updates and service interruptions.

    + Act as a backup for the Associate Manager or Supervisor, providing feedback on team performance and stepping in as needed.

    What you need:

    Required

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments

    Preferred

    + Associate degree

    + Demonstrated prior leadership experience, including team oversight, project ownership, or mentoring responsibilities.

    + Familiarity with 3D printing processes and technologies, with the ability to effectively supervise and support teams engaged in 3D printing operations.

    + Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal content in English, including procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies.

    + Prior experience working off work instructions, contracts and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), preferably within a regulatory environment such as the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), etc.

    + Moderate PC skills.

    + Ability to adhere to safety related issues to include but not limited to good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.

    Physical & Mental Requirements:

    + Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, pushing, or pulling.

    + Requires coordination of hand, eye, and/or foot movements, with the ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands including reading, memory retention, and auditory/visual discrimination.

    + Must operate machinery as needed and wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes, in designated areas.
