    **Position:** Project Manager

    **Location:** Aiken, South Carolina

    **Compensation:** $140,000–$200,000 Annually

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects with a focus on Department of Energy (DOE) and large-scale municipal work. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction and a commitment to safety, quality, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with contract requirements and company standards.

    + Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

    + Oversee project setup, including contract review, cost coding, and budget alignment.

    + Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, PCOs, quantities, and equipment.

    + Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, including invoice approvals.

    + Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Submit timely pay applications and manage accounts receivable.

    + Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.

    + Participate in internal planning and performance measurement processes.

    Qualifications

    + **Required:**

    + DOE project experience

    + Roadwork and/or heavy civil construction experience

    + Willingness to travel on a per diem basis

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

    + Must successfully complete a background check

    + **Preferred:**

    + Federal or Department of Defense (DoD) project experience

    + Familiarity with NQA-1 standards
