Description
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances/Team Overview: Working with a team, managing all pacific north west.
Resource's typical working day:
+ Track Accounts Receivable: Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection and updates to financial systems.
+ Ensure Proper Application of Funds: Validate that payments are applied correctly across client accounts and reconcile any discrepancies.
+ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside other departments to understand financial flows, address inquiries, and support shared objectives.
+ Month-End Close and Variance Analysis: Assist in closing activities by preparing reports and identifying variances between actuals and forecasts.
+ Engage in High-Level Financial Communication: Provide updates and support to upper management and finance leadership teams on financial matters and key performance indicators.
+ Support Sales Organization: Act as a liaison between Finance and Sales, ensuring revenue-related transactions are accurately processed and documented.
+ Execute Core Finance Processes: Participate in day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and process improvements.
+ Manage Invoicing Process: Oversee invoice generation, validation, and submission for client accounts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
