Description

Identify alternative suppliers if existing ones are unable to meet the company’s needs for growth.

Ability to work with relevant departments to ensure that costs remain within budget.

Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies.

Sourcing new products at competitive prices while maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing suppliers, and advising upper-level staff members

Obtaining and assessing quotes from suppliers and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.

Previous experience with Inventory Management & SOP's

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.

Proven experience in sourcing processes with Import Suppliers.

Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and NetSuite.

A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.

Strong negotiation skills.

Time-management and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
