    Job Title: Pricing and Billing SpecialistJob Description

     

    The Pricing and Billing Specialist will support the North American Rebates Group for sales from US plants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing and billing processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Work within large data sets in Excel, ranging from 100 to 500,000 lines.

    + Review client contracts and pricing sheets to confirm accurate inputs.

    + Generate credit memos and notes, then calculate rebates.

    + Communicate via phone and email with external clients/customers and internal departments.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.

    + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.

    + Experience in pricing and contract review.

    + Customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with larger ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Great communication skills.

    + Experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working onsite five days a week within a team of four, including one manager and three analysts, in an open floor plan with cubicles.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
