Texas Health Fort Worth seeks to hire a Nursing Supervisor for their Surgery Department.

Work Location: Texas Health Fort Worth 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. 76104

Work Hours: Full Time- 40 Hours, Day Shift; 0630-1700 with rotating day off; Holiday Leadership call coverage required

Surgery Department highlights:

+ Fast Paced, High Volume of Open Vascular, Endo Vascular, and Hearts

+ Level I Trauma facility. Strong Minimally Invasive CV program.

Education

Associate's Degree Nursing Req

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref

Experience

2 Years experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor) Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req

Skills
