    Responsibilities

    + Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at customer sites or remotely.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and system configurations.

    + Partner with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.

    + Train customers on system usage and best practices.

    + Document service activities, resolutions, and technical insights for internal knowledge sharing.

    + Provide responsive on-call support and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

    + Champion customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented support.

    + Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and service process improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + Associate’s degree or certification in electronics, electromechanical engineering, or mechatronics.

    + 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or installation.

    + Experience with modern sensors, motion systems, control hardware/software, and robotic arms.

    + Experience troubleshooting PLC programs and electromechanical systems.

    + 2+ years of customer interfacing experience (co-ops or internships valid).

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnosing equipment, and working independently or on-site.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of electromechanical troubleshooting, robotics, and robotic systems.

    + Experience in commissioning and preventive maintenance.

    There are two rotating shifts on-site: 7 am to 3 pm and 2 pm to the evening.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
