    Job Title: Construction Materials Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Materials Technician with over two years of experience to join our team. This role involves testing concrete, soils, and aggregates on-site and requires proficiency in breaking cylinders and running proctors.

    Responsibilities

    + Test concrete, soils, and aggregates on-site.

    + Break cylinders and run proctors.

    + Visit various job sites with necessary tools to collect samples.

    + Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of materials testing.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of Construction Materials Testing experience.

    + ACI Certification or equivalent experience.

    + Knowledge of concrete and soils testing procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + ACI Level 1 Field Certification is preferred.

    + Experience with asphalt testing is a plus.

    + NICET, SB101, or SB102 certification would be advantageous.

    + Other acceptable certifications include ICC, TXAPA, or equivalent.

    Work Environment

    Technicians may work on local projects or in traveling roles, with assignments designated accordingly. The work involves visiting job sites and using necessary tools to perform tests and collect samples.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
