    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Design Engineer to join our team focused on natural gas distribution systems. This role offers hands-on experience in designing, routing, testing, and specifying materials for gas distribution mains while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and route natural gas distribution mains in compliance with industry codes and standards

    + Regularly utilize AutoCAD and/or GIS software for design and documentation

    + Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure project alignment

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

    + Conduct quality control of drawings and maintain accuracy in the drawing database

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited university (required)

    + Internship or up to 2 years of relevant experience

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Demonstrated involvement in extracurriculars such as student organizations, sports, volunteering, or senior design projects

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
