    Job Title: Quality Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a supplier specializing in acoustical, thermal, and electromagnetic insulation for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. This engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all quality-related activities along with the dedicated Project Team to completely meet both Customer Specific and Plant Requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Create Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPS) and engage in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

    + Utilize the ERP system, specifically SAP.

    + Collaborate with a quality inspector to ensure product quality standards are met.

    Essential Skills

    + A minimum of 3 years of quality experience in an automotive setting.

    + Experience with IATF audits.

    + Participation in PPAP/APQP processes.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + A relevant engineering degree

    + Proficiency in SAP.

    + Familiarity with SAP.

     

    Work Environment

     

    40-hour workweek from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr.
