Survey Technician – Build Your Career in Land Development!

We’re hiring a Survey Technician ready to take the next step in their surveying career. If you have a solid foundation in land surveying and are looking to grow into a leadership role, this is your opportunity to join a team that values precision, collaboration, and long-term development.

What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct construction staking, topographic, boundary, and ALTA, GPS surveys

+ Perform daily site visits and maintain organized survey files

+ Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support field operations

+ Follow and promote safety protocols

+ Train and eventually lead a two-person crew

What You Bring:

+ 2–4 years of land surveying experience

+ Proficiency with Trimble, GPS, and Microsoft Office

+ Familiarity with AutoCAD, Topcon, Leica, or Carlson is a plus

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Ambition to grow into a Crew Chief role within 1–2 years

Type: Field-based (90% on-site)

Pay Range: $34–$36/hr (Slightly Negotiable)

Schedule: Full-time, with OT opportunitiesPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
