    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage Multifamily, Single Family, and Mixed-use steel construction projects. These projects include railings, balconies, and decorative staircases. The role requires collaboration with Estimators, Superintendents, the Fabrication Shop, and Field Installers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role does not necessarily require any direct experience with steel fabrication.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee Multifamily, Single Family, and Mixed-use steel construction projects.

    + Coordinate and collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, Fabrication Shop, and Field Installers.

    + Ensure successful completion of projects including railings, balconies, and decorative staircases.

    + Handle multiple projects at the same time, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in Construction Project Management.

    + Proven track record in managing residential or commercial projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

    Work Environment

    The position requires working in a dynamic environment involving both office and field work. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals in the construction industry. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Gahanna,OH.
