Description
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the mechanical and electrical engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion.
Team Development and Mentoring: Develop a cohesive and motivated team through mentoring, training, and career progression strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Innovative Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of advanced electromechanical systems, ensuring cutting-edge solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into the overall business strategy. Manage global, remote teams effectively.
Resource and Project Management: Efficiently manage resources including personnel, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project deliveries.
Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in mechanical and electrical design, integration, and performance verification. Guide the teams in developing robust and reliable hardware solutions.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end process of capturing requirements, designing, validating, testing, documenting, and transitioning hardware products to manufacturing.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards such as ASME, ISO, and EMC requirements. Promote adherence to best practices in design and manufacturing processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
