Job Title: IT Audit Manager

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Hours: M-F 8-5 p.m. (some evenings/weekends as needed)

System One has partnered with a large audit firm seeking an IT Audit Manager to work as part of their Risk Audit Services team who will lead and execute IT Audits with a focus on IT General Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley IT compliance. This role will work with a diverse group of clients and will be the lead in planning, executing and reporting. This is a permanent position with a hybrid schedule where you will be in office 3 days per week. The position will have access to a generous benefits package including health, paid time off, and retirement. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage all phases of IT internal audit and IT Sox Compliance engagements

+ Oversee control testing and audit execution including managing team responsibilities for deliverables, evidence collection, and documentation

+ Supervise and develop a team of audit professionals

+ Ensure quality and consistency in audit delivery

+ Drive process improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or other related field required.

+ At least 6 years of previous experience in IT Audit in publicly traded organizations and/or public accounting

+ At least 3 years of previous experience in supervising a team

+ Internal Audit certifications such as CISA and/or CIA strongly preferred

+ Demonstrated knowledge of IT risk management frameworks (COSO, COBIT) including regulatory compliance such as Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC

+ Deep understanding of general computer and application controls (ITGC, ITAC)
