Job Title: Billing Data Entry Associate

Location : Framingham, Ma (Remote)

Hours/Schedule: Tues – Sat 9:30am – 6pm (Flex start time)

Type: 6 Months Contract (Potential to convert or extend)

Pay: $19-$20

Responsibilities:

+ Review incoming patient specimen paperwork

+ Enter patient demographics, guarantor info, and diagnosis codes accurately

+ Ensure compliance with insurance and third-party billing guidelines

+ Flag and resolve missing or incomplete billing information

+ Scan and upload paperwork into image database as needed

+ Communicate effectively with team to complete daily tasks

+ Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) per regulatory standards

+ Escalate issues impacting production or patient/customer experience

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Private/quiet workspace (HIPAA compliant)

+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated

+ Comfortable with repetitive work

+ Willing to train – no experience required
