    Position: Warehouse Lead / Supervisor

    Department: Warehouse Operations

    Pay Range: $23.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)

     

    Status: Full-Time / Evergreen Talent Pipeline

    About the Role

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and oversee daily shift operations for shipping, receiving, or inventory

    + Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure team productivity

    + Provide training, coaching, and feedback to warehouse associates

    + Oversee order accuracy, safety compliance, and quality control standards

    + Operate warehouse equipment and assist with hands-on tasks when needed

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

    + Track performance metrics and report results to management

    What We Look For

    + Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment required

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to lift, move, and carry items (up to 60 lbs) throughout your shift

    + Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)

    + Ability to motivate and develop team members

    + Flexibility to work various shifts (day, night, or weekends)
