    As an Intern Bachelors Mech Eng here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of mechanical engineering.     In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of mechanical designs and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain valuable insights into the mechanical design process, enhance your technical skills, and contribute to the success of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in determining the upgrade path for legacy sortation systems

    + Generate project BOMs (Bill of Materials), create sales orders, and track materials

    + Participate in project reviews and provide input for improvements

    + Support field execution team, including on-site support at customer facilities

    + Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including drawings and specifications

    + Collaborate with cross functional teams to support project objectives

    + Support quality initiatives and drive issue resolution with manufacturing

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering

    + Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and methodologies

    WE VALUE

    + Advanced coursework in Mechanical Engineering

    + Experience with CAD software and other design tools, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    + Hands-on approach to troubleshooting
