In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to support the employee experience (EX) and HR transformational initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives within the United States. You will be working closely with our national HR teams and National Business Leaders, to develop, implement, and manage our employee experience initiatives. Aligned with our Talent and Organizational Development Strategy, this position will be instrumental in developing and implementing the correct EX and Transformation strategies that will enhance business performance and employee engagement.
How you create impact
+ Closely collaborate with our business and HR leaders to align our EX mindset and strategies
+ Adopt and drive the implementation of national actions to increase employee satisfaction
+ Drive focused projects linking to our global and local strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and change management
+ Key team player to drive and implement the strategic initiatives of the Talent and Organizational Development Department for the US
+ Develop and execute clear and concise impactul communication strategies for our Key HR Transformative Programs
+ Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand business needs and align HR, TD&OD strategies
+ Create and analyze reports to track program effectiveness, using data to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions
What we would like you to bring
+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior Talent and Development, or Organizational Development role
+ Experience leading process implementation and change management initiatives, particularly in a collaborative, team envrionment
+ Previous experience supporting business clients in a global matrix environment
+ HR experience in the freight forwarding industry is beneficial, but not required
+ 4-1 Hybrid work schedule in Jersey City, NJ required

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
