    Job Title: Food Services Worker

    Job Description

    As a Food Services Worker, you will serve and restock stations, prepare beverages and customer orders, assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products, and engage in basic food preparation tasks such as cutting fruit. You will also distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces, remove trash to designated containers, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve and restock stations efficiently.

    + Prepare beverages and other customer orders promptly.

    + Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.

    + Engage in basic food prep like cutting fruit.

    + Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.

    + Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.

    + Remove trash and place it into designated containers.

    + Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic setting at different halls, including Frank Hall (Main dining), Coop (Small food-court on campus), Pub (Late night finger foods, snacks, etc.), and a quick service cafe. Choose from varied shifts with two openings: Shift 1 from 10am to 7:30pm Friday-Tuesday, and Shift 2 from 2pm to 7:30pm Monday-Friday. Enjoy free parking and various transportation methods available. Some overtime may be available.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, New York.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
