    Machine Operators Needed in LA Vergne, $20/hr 1st Shift!

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated production workers to assist in our packaging department, focusing on operating a packaging machine. This role involves picking and packing inventory, labeling, operating, set ups, and changeovers on the machine when needed. Candidates should be comfortable with light lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the packaging department with seasonal packing items.

    + Operate packaging machine.

    + Set up machine.

    + Ensure machine is running properly.

    + Pick and pack inventory efficiently.

    + Label items accurately and prepare boxes for shipment.

    + Ensure readiness of boxes for dispatch.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production work.

    + Competence in general labor tasks.

    + Operate machinery.

    + Set ups and changeovers.

    + Ability to handle inventory management.

    + Proficiency in picking and packing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a warehouse worker.

    + Familiarity with general production processes.

    + Quality control.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
