Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our repair station, specializing in civilian helicopter models. We have two positions available: a Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic and a Sheet Metal Mechanic. The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in sheet metal work and be open to working overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Perform sheet metal fabrication and repairs on civilian helicopter airframes.

+ Conduct inspections and maintenance, ensuring compliance with FAA standards.

+ Collaborate with the team on major avionics upgrades and airframe modifications.

+ Utilize blueprints to execute precise fabrication tasks.

+ Ensure quality and safety in all aspects of work.

Essential Skills

+ 2-5 years of civilian helicopter experience.

+ 5+ years of sheet metal experience.

+ Proficiency with basic tools for sheet metal work.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Composite experience is a plus.

+ Open to corporate jet and military experience.

+ Lead role requires 2-3 years of leadership experience.

Work Environment

Work in a certified FAA repair station, providing maintenance, inspections, and modifications to airframes and engines. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Croydon, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
