    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.

    + Conduct receiving inspections and verify vendor certifications.

    + Maintain traceability of materials and ensure compliance with specifications.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.

    + Manage equipment calibration and maintain accurate logs.

    + Create and maintain quality documentation and data packs.

    + Support manufacturing with inspection points and job sheet reviews.

    + Collaborate with auditors and source inspectors.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal audits.

    What You Bring:

    Required:

    + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Strong math skills and ability to interpret technical documents.

    + Proficiency with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with OSHA safety and environmental practices.

    Preferred:

    + Quality Technician Certification.

    + Internal Auditor training.

    + Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 systems.

    + Cleanroom or sewing experience.

    Work Environment:

    You’ll work in a clean, safety-conscious facility with moderate noise levels and moving mechanical parts. Safety gear such as glasses and respirators may be required depending on the task.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
