Cleanroom Assembler – Cross-Trained Role

_Location: Eagan, MN_

We’re hiring Cleanroom Assemblers for a hands-on, cross-trained role in a clean, safety-focused environment. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a high-impact industry.

What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble containers used for surgical instruments

+ Perform packaging, labeling, and kit packing

+ Work from blueprints and work orders

+ Use hand tools (screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, Loctite) to secure components

+ Gather parts from the warehouse and set up your own workstation

+ Assist in the shipping department as needed (boxing, labeling, packaging)

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

+ Ability to read and write in English

+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (no makeup, gowning required)

+ Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity

+ Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple tasks

Preferred:

+ 6+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience

+ OR sharp entry-level candidates eager to learn

+ Familiarity with medical device assembly, inspection, or cleanroom protocols

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
