Job Description
Join a dynamic small team that specializes in assembling and installing furniture for new local businesses. As an Installation Technician, you will be involved in fieldwork and warehouse tasks, working with a crew and performing furniture service and relocation duties. These duties include delivery, assembly, moving, debris removal, and repairs, under the guidance of a Lead Installer or Project Manager.
Responsibilities
+ Complete furniture assembly and installation according to specifications to meet customer fulfillment.
+ Inspect furniture to ensure proper setup following manufacturer’s guidelines.
+ Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and employees of supported organizations.
+ Load and unload furniture onto trucks as required.
+ Adhere to all safety procedures while performing job duties.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of experience in assembling, moving, or installing furniture.
+ 1 year of experience working in a furniture warehouse.
+ Mechanically inclined individuals are considered.
+ 1 year of experience working with a moving company.
Pay Range:
No to little experience in construction trades - $18-$19
Some experience - $20-$23
Tenured - $25 or more
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
