    Position: HVAC Lead – Commercial Facilities

    + We’re looking for a seasoned HVAC professional to lead maintenance operations across a variety of commercial properties. This role combines hands-on work with leadership duties—ideal for someone ready to guide a team, oversee vendors, and ensure high standards in building operations.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Supervise and perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems.

    + Complete and manage work orders efficiently across facilities.

    + Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues.

    + Mentor junior technicians and coordinate third-party service providers.

    What You Bring:

    + EPA Universal Certification and 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

    + Expertise in refrigeration and mechanical systems.

    + Strong problem-solving skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

    + Leadership experience with maintenance teams and contractors.

    + Professional appearance and communication skills.

    + Clean driver’s license and ability to handle physical job demands.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
